About the role#
As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals. You will support daily operations and long-term business initiatives while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business needs.
- Draft and revise legal documents and written materials.
- File, organize, and manage legal documentation.
- Edit documents and perform fact-checking.
- Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school, preferably as a 1L or 2L student.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
- Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
