About the role#
As an Incentives Professional Intern, you will help deliver sales enablement strategies and manage the end-to-end incentives process. You will support the financial integrity and implementation of sales incentive plans that align with our business strategy. This role involves working with quota and payment processes using tools like SAP Incentives and AI to drive revenue results.
What you'll do#
- Support the creation and implementation of sales incentive plans.
- Design and execute digitized global sales incentives.
- Maintain a strong controls posture in all processes.
- Work on quota and payment tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Drive process improvements focused on automation and simplification.
- Act as a business advisor by providing high-quality solutions to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, Finance, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and support decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail regarding calculations and documentation.
- Clear communication skills when reporting findings and recommendations.
- Capacity to learn quickly and collaborate across different functions.
