About the role#
As a Student Plan Administrator at iA Financial Group, you will support the analysis and processing of requests related to savings and retirement plans. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to administrative operations while developing professional skills in a financial services environment.
What you'll do#
- Prepare files for distribution to clients.
- Review files to ensure they meet compliance standards.
- Follow up with clients via email to collect missing information.
- Enter and maintain accurate client data within the system.
- Process simple financial transactions.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in a CEGEP or university program, specifically in administration or a related field.
- Availability to work 14 to 15 hours per week during academic sessions and full-time during the summer.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong learning agility, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stress effectively in an evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, as you will interact with internal and external partners across Canada.

- Locations: Toronto, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $23.50 to $28.75 CAD per hour, depending on years of study and position status.
- Status: Part-time, rolling contract.
