About the role#
As a Student – Retirement Technician, you will support administrative activities essential to the insured annuities team. This role involves managing data and documentation to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of retirement benefit administration.
What you'll do#
- Perform transactions required for the administration of annuities and retirement benefits.
- Participate in the search for missing participants and verify pensioner information.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and participants.
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, document scanning, printing, and mailings.
- Enter and maintain information across various computer platforms and databases.
- Contribute to documenting and improving internal work processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college or university studies in administration or a related field.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency for verbal and written communication.
- Excellent French language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with autonomy.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer (35 hours per week) and a minimum of 15 hours per week during the school year.
- Two to three years of relevant experience is considered an asset.
