About the role#
As a Student – HR Knowledge, Portal Content and Procedure Writer, you will create, update, and structure knowledge related to Talent and Culture processes. You will work within established writing standards and templates to ensure information is clear and accessible for internal users.
What you'll do#
- Inventory existing content based on prioritized topics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for content development.
- Select and structure relevant content to support process and task efficiency.
- Write clear, accurate, and consistent knowledge articles and procedures for internal users.
- Perform linguistic reviews, integrate content, and publish knowledge articles in both French and English.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in communications, translation, human resources, training, technical writing, or a related field.
- Experience writing content and procedures.
- Advanced level of English proficiency for daily content creation and communication with partners across Canada and the United States.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience with SharePoint writing and publishing tools is considered an asset.
