About the role#
DLL is seeking a co-op student for the Fall 2026 term to join the Asset Sales team in Burlington. You will support projects related to the organization, valuation, and visibility of returned, end-of-lease, and repossessed assets. This role involves developing remarketing tools, managing data transfers, and assisting with the integration of AI into sales and valuation processes.
What you'll do#
- Update and maintain the inventory database.
- Assist with the asset sales process, including equipment valuation and sales documentation.
- Manage the email queue to prioritize and forward inquiries.
- Perform lien searches and assist in clearing identified liens.
- Create training documentation and provide training to sales specialists on new inventory tools.
- Support the team during the transition to a new ERP program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a recognized post-secondary institution with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or Economics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Capability to work independently and remotely, as well as within a virtual team.
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.

- Term: Fall 2026 (4-month duration).
- Modality: Hybrid, with an expectation to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
- Compensation: Paid position ($20.00 - $23.00/hour).
