About the role#
We are hiring a Research & Development Co-op to support the development, testing, and maintenance of warehouse automation solutions. This role is based in our Erlanger, Kentucky lab and focuses on the intersection of physical robotics and software integration. You will work directly with our engineering teams to improve our systems and support ongoing innovation.
What you'll do#
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of advanced warehouse automation solutions.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and operational robotics lab.
- Assist with the deployment, troubleshooting, and validation of robotic applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotic systems with the IntraOne software platform.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to perform hands-on technical work.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using a logical and structured approach.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of robotics, automation systems, networking, or software applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Location: Erlanger, Kentucky.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for class schedules.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
