About the role#
As a Digital Consulting Director specializing in Oracle Student Financial Aid, you will lead high-level technical teams and manage complex client engagements. This role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness and implementing transformative technology solutions within higher education institutions. You will provide strategic leadership while maintaining oversight of project deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.
What you'll do#
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts, associates, managers, and client personnel.
- Identify gaps in practice knowledge and develop strategies to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage resource loads to ensure project efficiency.
- Manage engagement economics and budgets.
- Engage with senior-level client stakeholders to drive project success and foster long-term relationships.
- Participate in pursuit activities as a technical expert.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a technical developer.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical lead.
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role as a technical specialist, architect, or developer.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) and Groovy scripting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and experience with cloud implementations and integrations.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience.
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
