About the role#
As a Digital Consulting Director, you will provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff while identifying gaps in practice knowledge to enhance team capabilities. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and overseeing resource loads. This role involves engaging with senior level client relationships to ensure high-level quality and efficiency across projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.
- Identify gaps in practice knowledge and discover strategies to enhance capabilities.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage budgets and resource loads.
- Engage with senior level client relationships.
- Handle engagement economics and ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
What you'll need#
- 7+ years of experience as a technical developer.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical lead.
- Expertise in Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA).
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- End-to-end implementation experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Psychology, or equivalent work experience.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, Illinois.
