Consulting Analyst, Digital

About the role#

As a Digital Consulting Analyst, you will join a growing practice to support clients across various industries, including Commercial, Higher Education, and Healthcare. You will work closely with leadership to develop creative insights, implement processes, and drive tangible results. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Assist in implementing technology solutions, including technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support.
• Conduct and participate in key stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative data and understand institutional culture.
• Liaise and connect with internal and external team members to organize project logistics, communicate updates, and present key takeaways.
• Collaborate with team members to propose solutions for complex client challenges.

What you'll need#

• Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in applying technology systems to business processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Canadian work authorization.

Location & details#

• Location: On-site in Toronto, Ontario.
• Travel: This role requires travel to client sites, with frequency dependent on specific project requirements.
