    About the role#

    The Mechanical Engineering Intern role provides hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing and engineering. Interns work alongside industry experts to solve business challenges, contribute to technical projects, and improve plant performance through reliability and asset integrity initiatives.

    What you'll do#

    • Support reliability and asset integrity programs.
    • Assist with projects involving both rotating and fixed equipment.
    • Participate in equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
    • Support the planning and execution of capital projects.
    • Develop equipment specifications and engineering drawings.
    • Analyze maintenance and reliability data to assist with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
    • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve overall plant performance.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Master's student.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Status: Full-time, paid internship.
    • Term: Rolling.
