About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing and engineering. You will work alongside industry experts to solve business challenges and contribute to technical projects. The program provides exposure to global operations and cross-functional teams to help build your career.
What you'll do#
- Support process optimization and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting production and process issues.
- Analyze operating data to identify opportunities for yield, throughput, quality, and cost improvements.
- Participate in process safety, reliability, and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and implementation activities.
- Develop engineering calculations, process documentation, and technical reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Current standing as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Master's level student.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
