Chemical Engineering Intern

About the role#

As a Chemical Engineering Intern, you will work on real business challenges alongside industry experts. This program provides hands-on experience in manufacturing and engineering, offering exposure to global operations, technical projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do#

• Support process optimization and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting production and process issues.
• Analyze operating data to identify opportunities for improvements in yield, throughput, quality, and cost.
• Participate in process safety, reliability, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with commissioning, startup, and implementation activities.
• Develop engineering calculations, process documentation, and technical reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Chemical Engineering.
• Standing as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Master's level student.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
