About the role#
The Electrical Engineering Intern will support various reliability, maintenance, and automation initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role involves working alongside industry experts on power distribution, motor control systems, and instrumentation projects to improve equipment performance and system reliability.
What you'll do#
- Support electrical reliability and maintenance initiatives.
- Assist with power distribution and motor control system projects.
- Participate in instrumentation and process control troubleshooting.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Analyze equipment performance and system reliability.
- Help update electrical documentation and drawings.
- Participate in safety and compliance reviews.
- Support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering.
- Standing as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Master's student.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, or controls.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
