About the role#
The Test Engineering internship at Hubbell Incorporated is a 10 to 12-week summer program. You will work on projects focused on functional verification testing. This role involves building and deploying automated validation solutions to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Create and improve automated test suites.
- Automate laboratory test equipment to replace manual processes.
- Develop new tools to increase testing efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and present your work to local management at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Hands-on experience with circuit boards and laboratory test equipment.
- Python programming experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
