About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers a structured, 10-week summer experience designed to provide exposure to the insurance brokerage industry. As an intern, you will work within a rotational framework that spans Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams. This program focuses on building your professional foundation through mentorship, technical training, and hands-on contributions to real business projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and address regional needs.
- Manage policy administration tasks including endorsements, renewals, data management, and claims processing.
- Conduct analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge and professional skills.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project findings and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry and a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to assist others.
- Capacity to work independently and maintain self-motivation.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Coral Gables, Florida.
