About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside professionals across risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management. This program is designed to develop future talent through mentorship, workshops, and direct involvement in business operations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support client needs.
- Manage policy administration tasks, including endorsements, renewals, and data management.
- Assist the team with claims processing.
- Support the analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project findings and recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build industry knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry and a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
