About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid summer opportunity designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will rotate through various business units to gain insight into how we support our clients and communities. This program offers mentorship, professional development, and the potential for future career opportunities within the company.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and address regional needs.
- Assist with policy administration, including endorsements, renewals, data management, and claims processing.
- Conduct market research to analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in technical training workshops and sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and project updates with internal stakeholders.
- Work with other interns on a local service initiative to give back to the community.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A positive attitude and an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to help others.
- The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
