About the role#
This internship provides real-world experience supporting enterprise acquisition and divestiture, strategy, and business transformation projects. You will gain exposure to senior leadership and work on initiatives that impact the entire company.
What you'll do#
- Support enterprise acquisition and divestiture projects.
- Conduct long-range planning and strategy development.
- Assist with corporate venturing and external innovation.
- Support enterprise project services and business process transformation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with an expected graduation date in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- Major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Access to a personal motor vehicle for transportation to and from the workplace.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Austin, Minnesota.
- The internship takes place during the summer of 2027.
