About the role#
As a Software Engineering Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to the development of software solutions. This role provides an opportunity to learn new technologies and develop skills in a supportive environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and test applications.
- Write code to support product features, test automation, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Participate in peer reviews to share and receive feedback on code quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Design, develop, and demo as needed within a delivery team.
- Contribute to the improvement of software development processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Must continue enrollment in your degree program after the co-op concludes.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A desire to learn and keep up with industry trends.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

- This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid co-op term for Winter 2027.
