About the role#
As a Field Service Technician Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting field service operations. You will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems. This role allows you to develop technical skills in a real-world environment while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems.
- Support field service technicians in resolving technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to build your technical knowledge.
- Help maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree or higher in Material Science, Material Engineering, or a similar field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Must continue enrollment in your degree program after the internship ends.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with materials characterization techniques and knowledge of material properties.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
