About the role#
As an Engineering Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. You will work on real-world challenges across various business functions and collaborate with experienced engineers to drive innovation and operational excellence.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects across various disciplines.
- Support the development of quality, efficient, and safe engineering projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product and process performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support the analysis of technical data and troubleshooting of engineering issues to optimize performance and reliability.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Must continue enrollment in your degree program after the co-op.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with product testing and validation processes.
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Location: North Carolina, United States (On-site).
- Employment: Full-time, paid position.
- Relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided if your assigned work location is 50 miles or more from your current residence.
