About the role#
As an Embedded Engineer intern, you will build software for embedded devices and systems. You will work on the first layer of code that runs on hardware, requiring a clear understanding of the underlying physical components. This role involves balancing system efficiency with stability and ensuring high-quality performance across the board.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement software for embedded devices and systems.
- Analyze and monitor the efficiency and stability of systems.
- Support software quality assurance processes.
- Optimize I/O performance.
- Write, test, and troubleshoot system software.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Status as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or holder of asylum or refugee status.
- Ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
