About the role#
As a Chemical Engineering Intern at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced engineers. You will apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world projects and develop professional skills in a collaborative setting.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of chemical processes and solutions.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize process efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement.
- Gain exposure to industry-standard software and tools used in chemical engineering.
- Learn about safety regulations and industry best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher in Chemical Engineering or a similar field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Must continue enrollment in your degree program after the internship ends.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Status as a U.S. Person as defined by export control laws.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The position is on-site in Alabama.
- Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this role.
