About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on experience in pop culture marketing, focusing on product placement, celebrity endorsements, and influencer partnerships. The program is designed to provide professional development and resume-building opportunities within a dog-friendly office environment.
What you'll do#
- Write, edit, and publish blog content for the company website.
- Create film and graphic content.
- Conduct social influencer research and manage communications.
- Perform script breakdowns and analyze marketing opportunities.
- Participate in client and production sales outreach and calls.
- Assist with product placement shoots and event activations.
- Complete individualized projects based on personal interests.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.
- Enthusiasm for working in a marketing firm and learning behind-the-scenes industry operations.
- Strong research skills and the ability to connect information.
- Passion for creating content through writing, photography, or video.
- Interest in learning script coverage and identifying brand partnership opportunities.
- Comfort working in a dog-friendly office.
Location & details#
- Location: Redondo Beach, California (on-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (12-week program).
- Schedule: 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm PST.
- Compensation: $17.50 per hour.
- Requirements: Applicants must be located in the Los Angeles area and have access to a vehicle for commuting.
