About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship program based in Phoenix. You will work on-site for 10 weeks, from May 24, 2027, to August 5, 2027. This program offers hands-on experience in construction management through mentorship and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support project delivery by working directly with project managers and superintendents.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, and file organization.
- Draft submittals, RFIs, and change orders as part of document control.
- Prepare bid packages and assist with the solicitation and evaluation of subcontractor bids.
- Review construction drawings and verify site conditions to support daily jobsite operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn project-specific software systems.
