About the role#
We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Ridgefield Park. You will work closely with the HR Director and the wider HR team to support daily operations and employee engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What you'll do#
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Manage day-to-day office supply needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
- Assist with equipment logistics and coordination between teams.
- Process vendor orders and complete general administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as well as move around the office to stock shelves.
- Reliable and punctual attendance for on-site work Monday through Friday.
- Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
