About the role#
We are looking for an Admin Intern to join our team in Ridgefield Park. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will support our HR and Accounting departments with daily administrative needs.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily administrative support to HR and Accounting.
- Manage office supplies, including stocking and inventory tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
- Assist with equipment logistics and coordination between teams.
- Maintain records through data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Process vendor orders and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Ability to learn internal systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to handle a mix of desk work and physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs and stocking shelves.
- Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Location: Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.
- Work modality: On-site, Monday through Friday.
- Terms: Rolling internship.
