Recruiting Intern (Fall 2026)

About the role#

The Recruiting Intern position offers hands-on experience within the Talent Acquisition function for the Fall 2026 semester. Interns will support the Hersheypark Hiring and College Relations teams in staffing seasonal and part-time positions. This role requires on-site work in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week over 2-3 office days, including occasional weekends for recruitment events.

What you'll do#

• Review candidate applications using an applicant tracking system and perform data entry.
• Support the interviewing process for prospective team members.
• Track, distribute, and manage resumes and applicant correspondence following recruitment events.
• Assist with the execution of recruitment plans, including posting job openings to job boards and conducting research.
• Communicate with candidates via email, telephone, and job board messaging platforms.
• Represent the company at recruitment-related events and assist with job fair preparation.
• Support sourcing campaigns and outreach for high-priority job requisitions.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program as of the Fall 2026 semester, with a preference for majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
