Marketing Intern

About the role#

The Marketing Intern will support the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Marketing Management and Operations team. This full-time, paid internship provides exposure to campaign execution across digital, social media, and creative channels. You will work cross-functionally across various company brands, including Hersheypark, The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, and local dining venues.

What you'll do#

• Execute campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive demand, including submitting job tickets, creating project schedules, and monitoring digital channels.
• Support the strategy and execution of paid media and promotional activities.
• Assist the Sponsorships team with fulfillment, event tabling, and tracking industry trends.
• Collaborate with Social Community Managers to create and develop engaging social media content.
• Assist with on-site photo and video shoots.
• Conduct marketing research projects focused on the entertainment and hospitality industries.
• Provide support during events as needed.

What you'll need#

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a rising junior or rising senior by Summer 2026, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location & details#

• Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Summer 2026 (May–August).
• Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM).
• Housing: Company-coordinated housing is available for a weekly fee of $160, which includes utilities and limited transportation.
