About the role#

The Milton Hershey School HP Student Work Program offers students the opportunity to gain work experience at Hersheypark. This program is open to students currently enrolled at the Milton Hershey School who are at least 15 years old.

What you'll do#

Team members contribute to a friendly and enthusiastic environment for park guests. You may be assigned to roles including:

• Attractions Operator or Attractions Ambassador
• Lifeguard
• Foods Team Member
• Retail Team Member
• Games Team Member
• Parking Lot Attendant
• Janitorial Attendant or Sweeper
• Guest Experience Attendant

Employees receive perks including free admission and parking to Hersheypark, as well as discounts on food and shopping.

What you'll need#

• Must be a student enrolled at the Milton Hershey School, aged 15 or older.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English.
• A friendly and upbeat demeanor.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Capability to meet physical requirements, including standing, sitting, walking, and communicating with guests and staff.
