Operations Accounting Intern

About the role#

The Operations Accounting Internship provides hands-on experience in the accounting and finance profession. This full-time, paid position focuses on daily revenue reporting and reconciliation across various properties. Interns gain exposure to industry-standard software and financial processes while working in an office environment.

What you'll do#

• Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports for entertainment and resort properties.
• Reconcile register readings to payments.
• Assist with detailed reconciliation tasks and record retention duties.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and software, including Microsoft Excel, InfoGenesis, Galaxy, Resort Suite, Ticketmaster, and Aptech.
• Maintain a clean work environment and provide professional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including trips to the vault.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate student entering sophomore, junior, or senior status in the Fall of 2026.
• Major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Strong math, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to safeguard confidential information.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to work well with others.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Location & details#

• Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Summer 2026 (May through August).
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility required for varying business needs and potential weekend work.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Housing: Company-coordinated housing is available for a weekly fee of $160, which includes utilities and limited transportation. A $180 initial housing fee applies, consisting of a $160 refundable deposit and a $20 nonrefundable insurance waiver.
