About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. Interns will work on-site in Hershey, Pennsylvania, supporting the marketing management and operations team across various brands, including Hersheypark, The Hotel Hershey, and Hershey Lodge. The position requires a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive demand, including submitting job tickets, creating project schedules, monitoring digital channels, and providing event support.
- Assist with the strategy and execution of paid media and promotions.
- Collaborate with social community managers to develop and create content for social media platforms.
- Assist the sponsorships team with fulfillment, tabling, and researching industry trends.
- Support professional photo and video shoots.
- Conduct marketing research projects focused on the entertainment and resorts industry.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be a rising junior or rising senior by Summer 2026 pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.

- Company-coordinated housing is available for a weekly fee of $160, which includes utilities and limited transportation.
