Marketing Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. Interns will work on-site in Hershey, Pennsylvania, supporting the marketing management and operations team across various brands, including Hersheypark, The Hotel Hershey, and Hershey Lodge. The position requires a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

What you'll do#

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive demand, including submitting job tickets, creating project schedules, monitoring digital channels, and providing event support.
• Assist with the strategy and execution of paid media and promotions.
• Collaborate with social community managers to develop and create content for social media platforms.
• Assist the sponsorships team with fulfillment, tabling, and researching industry trends.
• Support professional photo and video shoots.
• Conduct marketing research projects focused on the entertainment and resorts industry.

What you'll need#

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a rising junior or rising senior by Summer 2026 pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.

• Company-coordinated housing is available for a weekly fee of $160, which includes utilities and limited transportation.
