Legal Intern

About the role#

The Legal Intern will support the Legal Department by assisting Corporate Counsel and other team members with a variety of legal and operational projects. This internship takes place during the summer of 2026 and requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Assist with general liability claim processing, including investigations, documentation, analysis, and updating claim files and spreadsheets.
• Support general liability litigation management by reviewing legal filings, answering discovery requests, and attending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memos regarding operations within the entertainment and hospitality industry.
• Participate in the contracting process by reviewing, redlining, and drafting agreements.
• Compile and analyze data related to claims and litigation trends.
• Assist with litigation holds and various other projects as directed by the Legal Department.

What you'll need#

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a law student at an accredited law school who has successfully completed at least the first year of classes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external parties.
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with the PA Rules of Professional Conduct and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Experience with Westlaw or Lexis Nexis is preferred.
