Hershey Bears Sales Support Intern

About the role#

The Hershey Bears Sales Support Intern will support the Sales and Game Day Operations teams at the Giant Center. This role focuses on promoting hospitality to guests, gaining experience with ticketing systems, and assisting with general sales processes. This is a paid internship.

What you'll do#

• Provide guest assistance as a representative for Hershey Bears events, including answering questions and providing directions.
• Act as a Sales Support Agent by taking reservations, selling tickets, and assisting with group and season ticket inquiries.
• Fulfill and track complimentary ticket requests for home and away teams on game days.
• Assist with pre-event preparations, such as setting up Group Leader incentives and the Ticket HQ table.
• Monitor the Sales phone line and email inboxes, responding to correspondence and tracking guest communication.
• Support ticketing operations using applications such as Archtics, Host, TM1, and Venue Entry.
• Assist with the documentation and tracking of sales programs, including exchanges and game day experiences.

What you'll need#

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
• Current undergraduate enrollment in Sports Management, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration, Public Health, or Media Studies.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional image.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Fall 2026 (September 2026 through April 2027).
• Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Must be available for all home Hershey Bears games and two office days per week. Office hours are flexible based on academic schedules.
• Note: Housing is not provided.
