Hershey Bears Game Day Intern

About the role#

This internship supports the Hershey Bears Manager of Game Experience & Events in the planning, coordination, and execution of game day operations at the Giant Center. You will assist the front office staff with daily tasks and special projects throughout the Fall 2026 season.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the planning and execution of specialty nights.
• Manage pre- and post-game duties, including distributing promotional items, setting up the concourse, and preparing materials for in-game and intermission activities.
• Execute in-game and intermission features, including selecting contestants and escorting fan groups to the event level.
• Facilitate VIP experiences and assist with post-game events such as autograph nights and jersey auctions.
• Manage activities for the Hershey Bears Coco’s Kids Club table, including registration and prize distribution.
• Support additional community events, player appearances, and season ticket holder functions.

What you'll need#

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status in an undergraduate program as of the Fall 2026 season.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, Public Health, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and experience using Canva.
• Ability to speak comfortably to large groups of guests, employees, and professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• This is a paid internship. Candidates must be available for all Hershey Bears home games between September 2026 and May 2027, including potential playoff games through June 2027. Additionally, you must be available for one 4-hour weekday office shift and various community events.
