Corporate Partnerships Intern

About the role#

The Corporate Partnerships Intern supports the fulfillment of on-site sponsorship and grassroots activations across Hersheypark, GIANT Center, and Hersheypark Stadium. This role works alongside marketing, partnerships, and operational teams to support brand awareness and event execution.

What you'll do#

• Facilitate the fulfillment of on-site activations and ensure all details meet client specifications and contract parameters.
• Coordinate with clients and event operations to align activities with brand standards.
• Document internal needs in the event management calendar and communicate requirements to key partners, including game day and park operations.
• Review sponsorship website details, digital maps, guides, and signage for necessary edits.
• Document and assist with the facilitation of signage fulfillment at all Entertainment Complex venues.
• Support additional projects as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safeguard confidential information.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.

Location & details#

• This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
• Work schedule includes Monday through Friday business hours, with shifts determined by your school schedule.
• Availability is required for Hershey Bears home games from October through the end of the season.
• This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work environments, requiring frequent walking, standing, and sitting.
