About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Commercial Sales Internship based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will spend the summer of 2027 working within our Consumer Brands business unit. This role requires on-site attendance and does not offer housing or relocation support.
What you'll do#
- Own a strategic, customer-oriented project from start to finish.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to build customer-facing materials and presentations.
- Support the sales team by performing data analysis and creating insights reports.
- Use your analytical skills to find selling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Work on both individual and group projects, presenting your findings to senior leadership.
- Gain exposure to various brands and categories within our portfolio.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, while experience in PowerBI is a plus.
- You can analyze large datasets, extract insights, and present your findings clearly.
- You are comfortable working across teams and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- You are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
- You are eager to learn new systems and take on new challenges.

- Pay: $22 to $27 per hour.
