About the role#
As an E-Commerce Sales Intern, you will work with the Sales team to support growth and increase sales. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Chicago. You will take ownership of specific projects while collaborating across departments to help the team meet its goals.
What you'll do#
- Develop cross-channel assortment strategies for e-commerce retailers and identify new product opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and competitive benchmarking to define trends and drive promotional planning.
- Support marketing and advertising efforts, including email campaigns and influencer or creator coordination.
- Coordinate new item setups and ensure product page content is accurate and optimized.
- Participate in internal sales strategy meetings and brainstorm sessions.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior standing in a business or business-related degree program.
- A minimum 3.0 grade point average.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently.
