About the role#
This Brand Management internship focuses on the Kenra hair styling brand. You will work on-site in Culver City, California, during the Winter and Summer of 2027. The role is full-time and paid at a rate of $27 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Drive innovation for the top hair styling brand in the U.S.
- Help develop product ideas and concepts.
- Analyze competitive data to guide brand strategy.
- Support salon testing and gather consumer feedback.
- Write product claims and marketing concepts.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student graduating in 2028 or 2029.
- You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong skills in storytelling and presentations.
- The ability to combine creative ideas with analytical problem-solving.
- Comfort using data to support marketing and product decisions.
