About the role#
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work alongside experienced engineers, managers, and production staff to support our cement plant operations.
What you'll do#
- Support and participate in assigned project work.
- Help the plant meet its production goals.
- Complete technical projects to learn how a cement plant operates.
- Study the mission and functions of the production, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What you'll need#
- You are a current junior or senior working toward a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- You have a strong work ethic and a commitment to your tasks.
- You are flexible, adaptable, and open to change.
- You communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- You can manage multiple projects at once and motivate team members.
- You possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
