About the role#
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer Intern to join our team in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. This role provides hands-on experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support projects focused on electrical systems, process reliability, automation, and operational performance.
What you'll do#
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving electrical and control systems throughout the plant.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability and efficiency opportunities.
- Support automation, instrumentation, and process control improvement initiatives.
- Participate in safety, maintenance, and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement practical engineering solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to apply electrical engineering principles to solve technical and operational challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Work is performed in both office and industrial plant settings, with exposure to electrical equipment, automation systems, noise, and dust. Appropriate personal protective equipment is provided and required in operational areas.
