About the role#
Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Chemical Engineer Intern for a full-time position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a paid internship opportunity for Summer 2026. You will work on-site as part of our technical services and sales support team.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sales and quality control processes to help ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform product testing and analysis to maintain quality standards.
- Help the technical services team troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Work with sales teams to provide product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Quality Control.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn and apply technical information.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to your work.
