About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring a Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow in Lodi, Ohio. This is a part-time, paid position where you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You will work directly with clients in their homes or in community-based settings. We are looking for candidates who can commit to this role for at least 6 months.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
- Use evidence-based interventions to support client independence and positive behavior.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as a member of our clinical team.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and connect with client families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn and an interest in supporting children with Autism.
- Experience in education, childcare, youth mentorship, or behavioral health is helpful, but we provide paid training if you are new to the field.
