About the role#
Heartland ABA is hiring for the Future RBT / Behavior Hero Fellow position. This role focuses on providing one-on-one ABA services to clients. You will work as part of our clinical team to support children with Autism.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans directly with clients.
- Record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive learning environment and connect with families.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before you begin working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to helping children with Autism.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Frankfort, Ohio.
- Work is performed on-site in client homes or community locations.
- This is a part-time role with a rolling start date.
- We ask for a 6-month commitment from candidates.

Heartland ABA provides personalized, at-home therapy for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The organization serves individuals between 18 months and 21 years of age. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, the company operates as a privately held entity. It employs between 11 and 50 people.
