Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

This is a 6-week internship focused on enhancing and streamlining the talent acquisition process. You will work closely with the HR team to assess current recruitment workflows and deliver a comprehensive strategy to improve hiring operations.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate existing talent acquisition processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and update job descriptions to ensure they are clear, engaging, and informative.
• Create a new recruitment handbook to serve as a resource for hiring managers.
• Implement a feedback mechanism to collect input from candidates and drive continuous process improvement.
• Present the final talent acquisition strategy to the HR team and relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need#

• A BS or BA in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
