This is a 6-week internship focused on enhancing and streamlining the talent acquisition process. You will work closely with the HR team to assess current recruitment workflows and deliver a comprehensive strategy to improve hiring operations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate existing talent acquisition processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and update job descriptions to ensure they are clear, engaging, and informative.
- Create a new recruitment handbook to serve as a resource for hiring managers.
- Implement a feedback mechanism to collect input from candidates and drive continuous process improvement.
- Present the final talent acquisition strategy to the HR team and relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- A BS or BA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible in a changing environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
