About the role#
The Compass Program is a full-time fieldwork practicum for students pursuing a Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA or a related field. This role provides structured exposure to both restricted and unrestricted experiences within a clinical setting. You will work toward BCBA certification while rotating through various clinical and support roles. We support both 2,000-hour and 1,500-hour supervision tracks.
What you'll do#
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Complete supervised clinical and administrative tasks to meet BACB requirements.
- Rotate through different roles based on your training progress and clinic needs.
- Attend weekly individual and group supervision sessions to review your performance and goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program in ABA, Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources, Nursing, or a related field.
- Full-time availability during clinic hours.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work history.
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, as well as walk, run, squat, and bend as needed.

- This position is based on-site in Madison Heights, Michigan.
- This is a full-time, paid role with rolling start dates.
