Student Analyst – ABA / BCBA Fieldwork (Compass Program)

About the role#

The Compass Program is a structured, full-time fieldwork practicum designed for students enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master’s or Doctoral program in ABA or a related field. This role provides exposure to both restricted and unrestricted experiences within a professional clinic setting to prepare students for a future BCBA role. The program supports both the standard 2,000-hour and concentrated 1,500-hour tracks.

What you'll do#

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to earn restricted hours.
• Participate in supervised clinical and administrative support activities to satisfy BACB requirements for unrestricted hours.
• Rotate through various clinical and support roles based on training progression and clinic needs.
• Engage in weekly individual and group supervision to review goals and receive performance feedback.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program in ABA, Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources, Nursing, or a related field.
• Full-time availability within a structured clinical schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of reliability.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Physical ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed.
