About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our corporate headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will join a cohort of approximately 50 interns for a 12-week program designed to provide hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment. The program includes workshops on professional skills, networking opportunities, and attendance at the NeoCon design event.
What you'll do#
- Build predictive models.
- Promote data cataloguing and drive business adoption.
- Develop ideal customer profiles.
- Support data literacy campaigns.
- Explore AI and machine learning applications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Data Science or Applied Analytics.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
- Ability to work on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
- Preferred qualifications include a GPA of 2.95 or higher, previous work or extra-curricular experience, and familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- We value candidates with an aptitude for learning new tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
