About the role#
H2M architects + engineers is hiring a Risk Management Student Intern for the summer of 2027. This position is based in our Melville, New York office. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience in the field of risk management. The role is paid and supports students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
What you'll do#
- Perform general administrative tasks and office support.
- Assist various departments with data entry, filing, and research projects.
- Distribute project information as needed.
- Participate in professional development workshops, including resume writing and interviewing skills.
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation to summarize your learning and project results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited institution.
- Sophomore status or higher.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Compensation: $19.25 to $27.00 per hour.
