About the role#
H2M architects + engineers is hiring a student intern for our Civil Engineering Division. This position provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on current projects and proposals. You will participate in professional development seminars covering topics like resume writing and interview skills. The program concludes with a final presentation where you will detail your project results and goals.
What you'll do#
- Gather and compile project data.
- Assist project managers with construction drawings and specifications.
- Perform computer drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
- Complete a final presentation on your project work and learning outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7th to August 13th).
- Compensation: $19.25 to $27.00 per hour.
