About the role#
H2M architects + engineers is seeking an Architecture intern to work with our team in Melville. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience on active projects while working alongside experienced professionals. The program runs from June 7th through August 13th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers with construction drawings and specifications.
- Perform computer drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Gather and compile data for administrative tasks.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
- Participate in professional development workshops and team building exercises.
- Complete a final presentation detailing your project results and learnings.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a sophomore or higher in an Architecture program at an accredited institution.
- Active pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
