About the role#
H2M architects + engineers is hiring a student intern for our Architecture Division. You will work alongside experienced professionals on active projects and proposals. This program offers a chance to gain real-world experience, attend professional development seminars, and build relationships with your team.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers with construction drawings and specifications.
- Use AutoCAD and Revit for computer drafting.
- Gather and compile project data.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
- Participate in workshops covering resume writing, interviewing, and presentation skills.
- Complete a final presentation at the end of your internship to share your project results and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in an Architecture program at an accredited institution.
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- An eagerness to learn new skills.
- The ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey.
- This is an on-site, in-person internship.
- The program runs during the Summer 2027 term, specifically from June 7th to August 13th.
- This is a paid internship with an hourly rate between $19.25 and $27.00.
- This position is full-time.
